Here is this weeks update of the puppies. I moved them out of the whelping box this week and into a 2 room pen. One filled with bedding material to use as a bathroom and one clean room to use as a family room. Now all I have to do is teach them which is which. They seem to have it backwards.

It is starting to look like they will all be smooth Mickey and Molly for sure. Their personalities are starting to form and I could just sit and watch them for hours.

This weekend I went to Maggey Valley to give a seminar for a couple of days and when I got back it was like I had a whole new batch of puppies. They are starting to form personalities and escaping from the whelping box. While I was gone my wife heard one whining only to find Micky and Megan at the bottom of a half flight of steps in the theater room.  When I got home I had to make new housing arrangements and I also started them on puppy mush. They took to it like pro’s, much to Sadie’s Relief.  It is almost like I can sit and watch them grow.
